Dog Obedience Exercise

You probably hear this from every post you read or video you watch, but it’s true! This is the best way to keep both owner and the dog happy. It’s a great way to spend quality time together, to gain each other’s trust and to strengthen the bond between both of you. Not only does this keep your dog physically fit, but mentally fit as well. A tired dog is a well-behaved dog. Making sure your dog gets exercise each day is an effective way to prevent them from engaging in destructive, hyper or aggressive behaviour. When a dog has all this energy build up and no place to dispose of it, things can quickly get out of hand! Keep your dog’s breed in mind. Is it a working dog? A small dog with short legs? Short-snouted dogs tend to have harder time breathing. Don’t over work your dog, but let him burn that energy. A happy dog is a healthy dog.
