This game was produced in 1965 and can still easily be found on store shelves. Operation is a battery operated game that tests each player’s hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Cavity Sam (The patient) has numerous wounds with funny objects stuck in them. The player needs to grab a pair of tweezers and keep a steady hand to remove pieces from the patient’s body without touching the edge of his wound. If you fail to remove an object, Cavity Sam’s nose will light up and you will hear a buzz sound. This means you have failed the operation and it’s now the next opponents turn to save his life.
